Re-Enrollment for Current Students
Happy 2025 and God's blessings for a wonderful year!
We are looking forward to the 2025/2026 school year and are excited to partner with you again during the upcoming school year in the education of your child(ren)!
This year the Board of Christian Day School wants to show our love and appreciation for our current families by providing a Current Family Early Bird Tuition Rate. The tuition rates emailed out are only for families currently enrolled in Immanuel Lutheran School. The early bird tuition for Current Immanuel Families will open on Wednesday, January 22th at 8 am and close Friday, February 28th at 5 pm. After that time, tuition will be at the base tuition rate.
Please note that the preschool rates for the 25/26 school year are remaining the same as the 24/25 school year and will not increase on March 3, 2025.
All enrollments will take place through the Blackbaud Tuition Management platform. Here are instructions for re-enrollment. If you need further assistance, please call or email the school office at 970-667-7606 or schooloffice@immanuelloveland.org.
To be eligible to enroll at current family re-enrollment rates you must:
- Have your child(ren) enrolled in a program at Immanuel Lutheran School for the 2024-2025 school year.
- Have all tuition and fees paid and current. (This includes having no past due amounts for tuition, Toddler care, Childcare, Preschool or King's Kids Summer Camp Fees.)
On March 3rd, 2025, enrollment will open to the community at a base rate 5% higher than the rates emailed out to current families. This fee structure applies to any families that enroll after 5 pm on Friday, February 28th, 2025.

Tuition Assistance
Immanuel Lutheran School is committed to partnering with families by providing accessible, high-quality Christian education to as many families as possible. While a world-class education has a cost, we are proud to partner with donors and scholarship agencies to ensure that an Immanuel education is accessible to families across the economic spectrum. Rest assured, admissions and tuition assistance committees are separate, so every student’s admission decision is made independently from the tuition assistance process.
Tuition Assistance applications will be accepted from February 3, 2025, through April 15, 2025. For information about Tuition Assistance, please see the information below where you can learn more about assistance with your tuition.
Toddler Care, Child Care, Preschool, and Summer Camp students do not qualify for tuition assistance.
High School students only qualify for ACE Scholarships.
Need-Based Tuition Assistance
Need-based tuition assistance is awarded on a limited basis as a part of the overall admissions process. The application for admission and the application for tuition assistance are independent processes but run simultaneously. We utilize the online service of Blackbaud Financial Aid Management (BB FAM) to process applications. Families will be asked to apply to BB FAM, and these results – along with your tax documents, are used to determine tuition assistance awards.
To clarify, BB FAM does not determine whether funds will be awarded, rather BB FAM provides a need-based financial analysis that includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition. You must upload the requested tax documents immediately upon notification from BB FAM to prevent your tuition assistance application from being delayed. They will not complete the application without the documents. Results are reviewed by the Tuition Assistance Committee who make recommendations based on family need and available tuition assistance. Upon approval, financial aid offers are communicated to families.
RaiseRight Gift Card Fundraising
If you plan to have RaiseRight gift card rebates applied to your tuition account, please make sure you have filled out the RaiseRight Gift Card Program Agreement if you haven't yet. You can find paper copies of RaiseRight forms in the Church or School office. Gift card rebates earned during the current school year may not be applied to the upcoming school year or transferred between school years. Learn more about RaiseRight on our fundraising page.
