School Enrollment
New Student Inquiry
The first step toward school enrollment is to schedule a tour.
Thank you for your interest in Immanuel Lutheran School! To schedule a tour of our facility or learn more about school enrollment for your child, please fill out the New Student Inquiry Form below. An admission counselor will show you around, answer your questions, and leave you with an information packet, including an application. A personal tour is a wonderful way for families to get a first-hand look at Immanuel’s campus, see our teachers in action, and learn about our curriculum and numerous extracurricular opportunities for students. We look forward to hearing from you and meeting your family!

School Enrollment Assessment
An assessment is required for children seeking to attend 1st grade through 8th grade at Immanuel Lutheran School. Assessment inventories are scheduled one-on-one with their potential teacher and normally take 25-35 minutes.
2024-2025 Tuition
At Immanuel tuition is paid annually, bi-annually (due August and January), or on a 9-month plan (due August-April), or on a 10-month plan (July-April). Families that enroll during the school year will be offered pro-rated tuition. A one-time registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. Childcare is available before and after school. Visit our Childcare page to learn more!
Early payments may be made once the contract is signed. When making payments for the upcoming school year, make sure you apply your amount to the 2024-2025 school year. If you plan to have RaiseRight rebates applied to your tuition account, please make sure you have filled out the 24-25 RaiseRight Gift Card Program Agreement for the new school year. You can find paper copies of RaiseRight forms in the Church or School office. Rebates earned during the current school year may not be applied to the upcoming school year or transferred between school years. All questions can be directed to the school office (schooloffice@immanuelloveland.org).
Immanuel offers tuition discounts for families with more than one child enrolling in kindergarten through 8th grade. Discounts are applied in birth order with child one being the oldest child in the family, who will be enrolling in kindergarten through middle school. Child two will receive a 10% discount, and child three will receive a 20% discount. High School, Preschool, and Toddler Care programs are not eligible for tuition discounts. High school students are not included as the first child or eligible for any discounts.
A family cap of $1,200.00 per family per year applies to registration fees, and book and technology fees, for students enrolling in kindergarten through 8th grade. Registration fees and book and technology fees are due at the time of enrollment. Registration will not be complete until all previous years' balances have been paid in full.
